Due to our phenomenal growth and high customer demand, we need to add to our team of Automotive Sales Consultants immediately! All Sales Consultants will be able to offer customers vehicles from our new and used car inventory. We encourage men and women to apply for this great opportunity! Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current new or used inventory.
  • Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
  • Know the ins and outs of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Work the internet, phone and personal leads to convert them into auto sales.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas.
  • Complete all paperwork
  • Close the deal and deliver vehicle to customer
  • Utilize dealership control and follow-up system and procedures
  • Bring your "A" game along with a positive attitude to work with you every day.

Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

  • Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. We welcome Sales and Customer Service Experience from other Industries such as: Retail Sales, Industrial Sales, College Graduates, Real Estate, Self-Employed, Military, Management, Insurance, Computer Sales etc.!
  • High customer satisfaction scores and strong DealerRater or Google reviews
  • Professional appearance
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
  • Great communication skills with customers and team members
  • Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and be self-motivated
  • Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, CRM, VinSolutions, Autotrader)
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

The Lot Attendant is responsible for the appearance of the dealership lots and vehicles.

Responsibilities - Lot Attendant:

  • Ensuring the lot is organized according to established procedures, and general upkeep of the parking lots.
  • Checking in new inventory and checking for damage
  • Parking cars correctly and straight
  • Preparing vehicles for delivery
  • Transporting vehicles
  • Keeping sales customer parking area clear of all inventory vehicles at all times
  • Gassing up vehicles
  • Organizing vehicles in lot
  • Helping managers with whatever they need such as running errands for company or doing dealer trades

Qualifications - Lot Attendant:

  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of Basic Computer Programs

A BDC Representative provides professional, accurate, and efficient customer service to the prospective and current dealership customers via phone, email, or in person. They will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, research and resolve customer inquiries explain and sell dealership products and services, set future appointments, troubleshoot service issues and ensure timely resolution with the goal of exceeding the customer's expectations and improving the customer's overall satisfaction with the dealership. The role of a cashier can be as simple as receipting money in from a customer completing a transaction.

Being a cashier, your role is very important to our business. Your accuracy is vital to our sales, service, and parts departments.

Responsibilities - Service BDC Representative:

  • Maintain an understanding of, and be able to provide clear, concise communication of processes, policies, promotions, products, and services offered by the dealership
  • Provide customers who contact the dealership with all information requested in their original and any subsequent, inquiries or communications and set future appointments
  • Effectively continue the process of building rapport and credibility with Customer by maintaining follow-up communication
  • Create appointments for customers for vehicle maintenance and repair and warranty work 
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Receipt in cash, check, and credit card tickets
  • Card Batching
  • Make journal entries to clear schedules as needed
  • Answer dealership telephone, take messages, and forward to appropriate staff
  • Print deposit report and count down your cash drawer daily

Qualifications - Service BDC Representative:

  • Previous dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Previous Call Center experience a plus
  • Customer Service background
  • Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
  • Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills.
